Last dusted and tidied up on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 14:16

Brick of Death - I used to think finding new training partners was a good thing, and then I met Michael Parente.

Willow Grove 10K -  I finally got around to running a standalone 10K, and remembered why I don't do them anymore.

Columbia Triathlon -  The third time is the charm as I finally qualify for USAT Nationals!

Eagleman Triathlon -  One week you fly so high, the next week you crash so hard...

Tupper Lake -  The Tri-Deads take over Tupper Lake for the second year in a row.

The Final Brick -  Ironman Training at it's hardest...the last "big" weekend of a long summer.

The Other Side -  The Other Side of the Fence - My report on volunteering at IM-USA.

Ironman Canada 1999 -  My second try at the Ironman, but with more on my mind than just a race.

Kagwe vs. Bob -  One morning I'm running.  I get dropped.  I chat with someone.  I'm famous!

Philadelphia Marathon -  Heat, Humidity, Hope, and Heartbreak all in 26.2 Miles.

The Weiss Rant -  Eric Weiss' Classic Summation of 1999 for Me.
